FEMA Enterprise Acquisition Management Support Services

As a subcontractor, EIRAM is responsible for providing senior level Acquisition SME support and assistance in coordination and oversight of acquisition projects as designated in specific task orders for FEMA/FIMA’s Acquisition Services Office.

EIRAM’s objective is to provide a wide range of professional acquisition and contract support services in the areas of pre-award, award, and post award support to include acquisition planning, source selection, as well as contract administration and management. EIRAM provides Acquisition SME services in the support of all procurements for the Federal Emergency Management Agency Mitigation Section. This is accomplished by actively participating in integrated solutions teams, developing acquisition research and preparing contract documentation to successfully award and administer contracts, handling complex problems through resolution with limited support from Contracting Officer’s, Program Management and the customer. Additionally, the project includes providing recommendations and advice to multiple offices in all areas of acquisitions; providing assistance in the preparation of SOW’s, IGCE’s, Market Research, RFQ’s, RFP’s and assures written documentation to support both informal and formal source selection procedures.
