Vendor Management Division (VMD) Acquisition and Project Management Support

As a subcontractor, EIRAM was responsible for assisting the program office with the development of acquisition planning; researching and preparing acquisition packages; validate data for completeness and accuracy; administer and closeout Government contracts; provide customer assistance by leading the evaluation process and associated activities; preparing competitive government  IT product and service contract documentation for all es; provide input to reports and perform quality control/quality assurance checks on all acquisition file documentation.

EIRAM’s objective was to prepare and review pre-planning acquisition packages for the Vendor Management Division. This was accomplished by actively participating in integrated solutions teams, developing acquisition research and preparing contract documentation to successfully award contracts, handling complex problems through resolution with limited support from program management and the customer. Additionally, the project included analyzing cost and price while using financial/budget analysis techniques. It is critical to note this requirement was built in support of the implementation of IT acquisition planning and project management support. This effort involved the roll out of enterprise level acquisition processing resources.
